BATi provides
its customers with magneto-optic (MO) films on various substrates, such
as glass, silicon, GGG, MgO and sapphire. BATi's MO films are designed
for novel optical devices such as modulators, switches, circulators
and isolators. They also have great applications in the remote sensing.
The Verdet constant as high as 4.5 o/mm-Oe at the wavelength
of 633 nm have been determined in the Bismuth and aluminum substituted
YIG films.
